Giles Greenfield

Managing Director Giles Greenfield started his Insurance career as an Underwriter at Royal & SunAlliance in the early 1990’s, before building, merging and selling a specialist insurance broking business which still retains his name.

Having worked in the insurance industry, he has an in depth knowledge of the market place and has a unique understanding and empathy with the challenges it takes to build and run a successful business. He fully appreciates the difference the right team makes to a company and the impact this can have on the bottom line.

Giles is involved in all searches, ensuring that there is a full understanding of your business and your recruitment requirements.

Peter Goslett

Peter Goslett acts a Consultant to Greenfield Executive Search having had 14 years experience in the Financial Services Search sector. Peter deals with the origination of senior level search mandates for UK and North American clients.

Having built a loyal base of clients over a number of years, Peter is testament to the fact that we are able to consistently deliver the results that clients require.

Peter graduated from Edinburgh University in 1994 and started his career in Financial Journalism.

Sarah-Jane Joy

Sarah-Jane Joy is responsible for the research team, focused on ensuring the broadest reach and scale. Sarah-Jane has an in depth knowledge of the recruitment life cycle combined with an ability to effectively establish and manage relationships with candidates and clients.

Before joining Greenfield Executive Search she worked as a senior recruitment consultant specialising in financial services providing both contract and permanent professionals.
